Fire Alarm Replacement



This site had a two loop addressable gent closed protocol fire alarm system in place, due to its age and condition we was asked by the client to replace the whole system with a new open protocol fire alarm system.

Peregrine House comprises of 19 individual flats with common areas. Each flat has one heat detector with a sounder base situated in the entrance of each flat. The common areas have smoke detection and manual call points fitted.

Scope Of Work

bullet Issued letters to every resident informing them of our intention to change the fire detection in their rooms.
bullet Removal of the old fire alarm system and associated parts.
bullet Installation of the new fire panel and smoke detectors throughout the building.
bullet Commissioning of the system.
bullet Undertook a 100% test of the new fire system.
bullet Post inspected the new installation with the client.
bullet Supplied all relevant paperwork and O&M manuals.
bullet All works were carried out whilst residents were in occupation.
